FAQ

The shipping time for ORIGINALS is 3-5 days USA and 6-10 days international, depending on your location.

METAL PRINTS are made to order and take 1-2 weeks USA, 2-3 weeks international.

When metal prints are made to order, it takes 3-5 days to process at the lab. Then it is shipped directly to me so that I can personally sign the back and number the edition of the print. Also, I include the adhesive tabs for hanging. Then it is ready to ship back to you. This process can take 1-2 weeks. Living in Maui, shipping takes a little longer.

IMPORTANT NOTE: That in mind, I do carry stock of prints, if I have one in stock that you purchased, the shipping time will be the same as originals.

I’ll do my best to meet these shipping time estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

We ship all orders via United States Postal Service.

The artwork is not simply an acrylic painting on a panel. I have a unique mixed media method that I have used in my art for over 20 years. A vinyl plaster base is first applied to a panel. When the plaster base is dried, it can be carved and etched into it, which gives it depth and a slightly sculptural surface. This creates an added richness and a tactile surface unique to the painting. The lines are irregular, the plaster surface is not completely smooth, giving it a more organic, hands on appearance. Acrylic paints and other mediums are then applied on the top surface to complete the painting. A layer of varnish seals and protects the unique piece of art.

Though durable, they still should be handled with care and wiped with a clean cloth when need be.

We make a special effort to package your product with utmost care and protection, so it would be a very unlikely occurrence for it to arrive damaged. It is also rare that a package gets lost. Depending on your shipping method, tracking and insurance, the responsibility lies upon you to take it up with the carrier if such a case occurs.
